Yes, you must have an account with us to make an order. As order details and tracking details are available for you once your order is placed in your account section. If you don't have an account you can register here.

We accept all payment methods like Debit/Credit card, Netbanking, Online Wallet, UPI, Cash on Delivery.

Yes Cash On Delivery is available. We charge Rs 50 extra for the COD service. There are no extra charges on Prepaid orders. We take this charges in advance when you place the order. Because it helps us verify your order is genuine or not. Because lot of times people misuse this service just for the sake of fun. Also unnecessary the product is transported to the courier service which again is waste of time. When you place the order, you can pay this charges via any mode like wallet, Upi, Debit card / Credit Card. .

We provide shipping options from reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, EcomExpress.

Delivery is usually done within 2 - 5 working days for metro cities, 3 - 6 working days for non-metro regions. And 4 - 10 working days in remote areas. Sometimes the order can be delayed due to bad conditions in the delivery regions, natural disasters, staff issue in the delivery region. This happens very rarely. But we still try with the help of our courier partners to get it delivered soon.
