We accept returns only under these conditions:
- Defective item received
- Physical damage during transit
- Wrong product delivered
Important: Any of the above issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to process your claim.

Unboxing & Return Guidelines
Please record a video while unboxing your order — start from the outer package (360° view) and continue while opening the contents inside. This video helps us take quick action in case of any courier or product-related issues.
Without an unboxing video, we’re unable to process refunds or exchanges.
Important:
- Do not accept parcels that appear tampered with or already opened.
- If you notice anything unusual, inform us immediately so we can investigate with the courier team.
Why this matters:
- We inspect every parcel carefully before dispatch, so we know exactly what we send.
- Recording the unboxing is the easiest and safest way to ensure hassle-free returns.
Don’t Like the Product or Not Happy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied with your case and would like to return or exchange it, here’s how the process works:
Important Guidelines
- The product must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Any signs of wear, tear, or usage will make the product ineligible.
Return / Exchange Process
- If reverse pickup is available, we’ll arrange a pickup from your location.
- If reverse pickup is not available, you’ll need to ship the product to us (up to ₹70 of your shipping cost will be adjusted against your return/exchange).
- Once we receive and verify the product, we’ll process your return or send the replacement.
Exchange Option
- You can choose a new product and let us know your preference.
- If the new product costs more, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.
Costs Involved
A flat ₹140 shipping charge applies for returns/exchanges. These charges cover the two-way logistics.

I Placed an Order for the Wrong Model. What Can I Do?
- Before placing your order, please double-check the products in your cart.
- After placing the order, you can review it anytime in My Account → Order History or in the confirmation email sent to you.
- If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll be happy to help you make changes or cancel it.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- For cancelled orders, a ₹100 charge will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Refund Process
If eligible for a refund:
- Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 1–3 business days using the original payment method.
- Please note that it takes 4–7 working days to reflect the payment in your bank account.
For COD Orders:
- Refunds are processed via Paytm, PhonePe, UPI, or Bank Transfer.
- A team member will contact you for the details.
- COD charges of ₹50 are non-refundable.
Incorrect Delivery Information / Not Available
If you provide an incorrect address or your phone is unreachable during delivery, and the product is returned:
- Deduction: ₹140 will be deducted from the order amount, and the rest will be refunded
