Shipping Estimate:

  • Delivery time: 1 to 7 business days (varies by pincode).
  • Tracking code: Available upon dispatch; you will receive an SMS/email notification.

Important Notes:

  • Festive seasons/holidays: Deliveries may experience significant delays due to high courier demand.
  • Delivery times depend on your location.
  • Sundays and national holidays are not considered guaranteed delivery days by our courier partners.

Delivery Times by Region:

  • Mumbai - Pune - Thane: 1-2 working days.
  • Metro cities: 2-4 working days.
  • Other locations: 2-7 working days.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel an Order:

Cancellation Charges:

  • Before shipment:
    • Transaction charges (2.5% of the paid amount + GST) are non-refundable as they are charged by the payment gateway.
  • After shipment:
    • Cancellation charges of ₹140 will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded.

Cancellation Process:

  1. Our Subject Matter Experts will review your cancellation request and try to resolve any issues.
  2. If you wish to proceed with cancellation, it will be processed promptly.
  3. You’ll receive a cancellation confirmation email once the order is canceled.


Processing Time for Cancellations:

  • Cancellation requests are processed within 48 hours (based on order day and time).

Examples:

  • Same day request (before 6:30 PM): Order canceled and refund initiated the same day.
  • Request after 6:30 PM: Order canceled the next day, refund initiated the same day.
  • Weekend/public holiday requests: Processed on the next working day.
  • Shipped orders: Cancellation accepted, but a refund is processed only after receiving the returned items.
    • Charges: Both shipping and return courier charges to be borne by the customer.

Reasons for CaseKiDukaan Canceling Orders:

  • Non-availability of products.
  • Payment issues identified by the Fraud Detection Department.
